Senate Bill 5651, the so-called "Puppy Mill Bill" in Washington, has been
sent to the floor of the Senate for 2nd reading. 2nd and third reading
(vote), and voting action, can take place on the same referral. People who
are interested in opposing this bill probably want to get on phone/fax to
their legislators today to make their views known.
